Comit\u00e9 de Supervisi\u00f3n busca un nuevo miembro. Este comit\u00e9 se encarga de colaborar con la gerencia para contratar y supervisar los servicios de auditor\u00eda de la cooperativa de cr\u00e9dito. El comit\u00e9 informa y presenta los resultados de las auditor\u00edas al Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es deber y responsabilidad general del comit\u00e9 proteger, velar por y supervisar los asuntos de la cooperativa de cr\u00e9dito. Debe informar al menos anualmente a los socios sobre cualquier auditor\u00eda o examen realizado durante el a\u00f1o anterior. El comit\u00e9 debe cumplir con las responsabilidades espec\u00edficas que establece la ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El comit\u00e9 celebra varias reuniones al a\u00f1o, generalmente trimestralmente. Adem\u00e1s, se espera que los miembros del comit\u00e9 asistan a las reuniones mensuales de la junta directiva y a la reuni\u00f3n anual de planificaci\u00f3n, que se celebra en octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se valorar\u00e1 la experiencia en contabilidad, finanzas, auditor\u00eda o tecnolog\u00eda para el desempe\u00f1o de las funciones del puesto. Es imprescindible contar con excelentes habilidades comunicativas y la capacidad de leer y comentar informes de auditor\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los miembros del comit\u00e9 son nombrados por per\u00edodos de tres a\u00f1os. Se espera que participen en programas de formaci\u00f3n continua y se puede destinar un presupuesto anual para este fin.
